The Last Buffalo Herd
1996 Donald R Ricker
The awesome vision of the young North American woman is almost unimaginably grand. For me, the magical earthly paradise that receives the nearly extinct herd is a symbol of profound hope and confidence in the future. Two men attempt to sneak in with the herd. If you look, you may get my feeling that the mountain itself is a great reclining buffalo.
Those interested in the legends of the Native American peoples will enjoy the story telling styles of these authors; treat yourself to Joseph Brucac.
